Cannot create account to use app to order food
Getting an error, “could not get {0} card.” Unable to checkout as a guest without creating an account, rendering the app unusable
Update: now able to create account, rating updated
Payment is broken
Went to work today and tried to use the app. Pages are extremely slow to load and when they do, it won’t let me check out, instead giving an error reading “cannot process payment.” Tried troubleshooting by removing and re-adding my card but now it gives that message while saving card information. My card is working fine, this is an issue on the app. Other coworkers are having similar issues.
Up until now the app has been great but as it currently stands it is fundamentally broken if it cannot process any payments.
Missing ingredients
As ordering is easy, often times item descriptions are missing ingredients in their description (which can be detrimental to people with allergies and food intolerances) and the app descriptions do not match the kiosk descriptions. Also it’s a pain to have to search through the whole list to find what you want to order. I miss the folder each station.
