Booked 5 loads out of which 3 were cancelled Seattle Branch 👎👎

Guys guys guys they cancel lots of their loads . Trust me they do cancel at the last minute leaving u stranded. Since they are so cheap in whole one year of installing their app I booked 5 loads and out of 5 loads 3 were cancelled. Out of which I only got paid $150 TONU not worth driving 135 miles to shipper then after spending all day I drove 135 miles to home what I got $150 for driving 270 miles. I won the bid on Friday morning for Tuesday pick load. Right around Noon on Monday they cancelled my load making lame excuse Shipper cancelled the load they put my same load on board lowering the bid amount from 1600( starting bid ) to $1300. Basically they can realize day to day market. They knew work is so slow and cover it for cheaper. I called them angry as I wanted the same load after the guy listened to my story he transferred me to booking team. I was made to hear music for over 40 minutes and then call hang up. It was a game. Then my load was gone and booked so I was just crying 😩😩. They have point system to monitor your performance what abt them Cancelling their loads at the last minute. I had to cancel my reload also from WA. This is the Seattle based team they have Fairfield loads they cancel a lot. No value of carriers. My friend does lots of loads with them he said it is very common practice with them sometimes they think they overpaid to carrier then they cancel ur load to find cheaper truck.

Money Maker for CoastaLINK

Of all the apps and load boards I've used, this is the easiest. I HATE talking on the phone and this app eliminates the need. Searching, bidding, checkins, detention, lumper fees... all done through the app. I'm set up to haul with 4 of the big brokers in the lower 48 but 99% of my loads end up getting booked through Convoy. As long as my revenue stays above $5K per week, I won't need to look elsewhere.

On an I.T. note, they have glitches like everyone else but if you get ahold of the right person in Seattle, they are VERY responsive. They had a patch for my glitch in under 24 hrs on a holiday weekend and a complete fix set to drop on 9/14 with the next update. Consider me impressed. As far as technology goes, they are lightyears ahead of the competition and I look forward to what they launch next to make my job even easier.

Recent Update

First, I really like running with Convoy. Have enjoyed it since day one. The system itself is great, but since updating my app to the most recent version, the “Now Arriving! (Later/View)” box pops up incessantly after hitting later or view, where as before it would just go away. This happens when I get to a shipper or receiver. Possible bug?

Also, I would like to speak to someone about some of the confirmation practices. For example, I run power only and am at a receiver that has specified upon entering that they currently do not have any empties available to take back to shipper. This is P&G so it’s all drop & hook both ends. Wasn’t given a ticket for a trailer and was told to bobtail out. Totally fine by me, but when I call into the Convoy office, I’m told to wait some amount of time for them to verify that information with the receiver. I’ve waited hours at times to hear back from someone that the info I gave was correct, and as a business owner, I hate wasting time. Just thought that needed to be shared. If there’s a better way to share that, let me know. Thanks.
