Cooking Legend Restaurant Game 4+

Unique!

I play a lot of cooking games and this is definitely the most unique in terms of gameplay and complexity. It takes a while to get the hang of it, especially when it had tap and drag features. I did get used to using them both, but now that it’s tap only I have started getting used to it, and tap only will probably make future players happy. I do miss that by dragging, you could move dishes around and put back ones you didn’t need. One mistake in converting to tap, is that on the pizza restaurant you still have to drag the wine bottle. I love playing this game and wait impatiently for my lives to renew. I love that you get a life back by hitting 3 stars. For future updates, I would love to see the ingredients and kitchen appliances visually change as you upgrade them. Like making the ingredients look different as you increase their cash value. Fun but could use improvements

This game is your typical serve food to customers games. It started off pretty polished and fun, easy to upgrade your items and move on quickly through the stages. It wasn’t long before you reach levels where problems happen. Some of the hit boxes for the food is tiny, like the top steamer in the Chinese restaurant. You think you’re tapping it, but you actually tapped below it. In the later levels, there are a number of things that don’t play a sound when they finish cooking, which is hard to notice in the flurry of orders. It’s also extremely difficult to earn gems, the thing you have to have to upgrade your restaurant to pass some of the levels. If you don’t want to pay, you can play the first level like 14 times to gain 10 gems, but you’ll eventually get to a point where it costs 50+ gems for one upgrade, which isn’t fun at all. I’m still only on the first map too! I normally put in $ here and there but at $0.99 for 70 gems, that will only get me one upgrade which is completely not worth it since each restaurant has like 10+ items you can upgrade, each like 3-5 times which is over 30-50+ upgrades! I can’t afford that, who can?
Overall, fun gameplay, needs hit box / audio polish, but I wouldn’t recommend mainly because it’s just a huge money sink.

Fun and fast paced!!

I love this cooking game, I play it every day! The pace is great and keeps me engaged! The main downside is that it’s been 5 months since a new restaurant has been released. The other issue is that sometimes a glitch occurs and the daily gems reward doesn’t do what it’s supposed to, award 5 gems daily. And I’ve let the developers know but no response and they didn’t make it right and it reset…and thus no gems for a week! And this has happened multiple times on my phone and iPad. They told me the first time it happened (they responded that time) that it had to do with my Wi-Fi and that I wasn’t online, but that makes no sense because I was able to watch the ads for gems with no problem and my iPad is only Wi-Fi, so if I were offline I wouldn’t be able to watch the ads. Plus exact same thing happened on my phone and if my Wi-Fi wasn’t working, I still had cell reception and again was able to watch the ads. I hope this gets fixed.

It’s such a fun game but now I’m getting bored with no new restaurant to play. I’d play more if we didn’t lose lives every time we play a level, even when passing the level, then very quickly the lives are gone and we have to wait 30 minutes for a new life to generate.
