As the game progresses, it becomes unfair. Can’t complete a level without having multiple customers come at the same time while trying to serve other customers and then clean. Not to mention, the amount of hours it takes to upgrade each item is insane. Unfair for the player to wait and have to try and “spend” money to get gems and use it. Not a smart market/game tactic.

In level design, we try to balance them in such a way that players get the best emotions from them, including competitive ones. It is noteworthy that the conditions for completing levels are influenced by the player himself by making certain upgrades to stations in the sequence chosen by him. The game also has completely free sources of game currency - such as gifts for progress, a wheel of fortune and an advertising TV.
