Cooldown is the simplest way to track anything that has a
refractory period. The app has one job: tell you, at a glance,
how long until you can do something again.
Tap when you took it. Watch the ring fill up. Get a ping when it
hits Ready. Reset and repeat.
WHAT IT'S FOR
• PRN ("as needed") medications — ibuprofen every 6 hours,
antihistamines, the emergency inhaler

Every cooldown is one ring. The ring fills as time passes:

APPLE WATCH
A native watchOS app with the same list-and-detail interaction as
the phone. Reset from your wrist; the change syncs back to the
phone instantly. Plus four complications:
• Circular — ring + emoji
• Rectangular — name + live countdown
• Inline — single line above the watch face clock
• Corner — ring tucked into a watch-face quadrant

ICLOUD SYNC
Every cooldown syncs across your iPhones and iPads automatically
via your private iCloud account. Nothing is uploaded anywhere
else. The Apple Watch syncs through its paired iPhone.
