Daily logs, photos, tasks and schedules from the jobsite, and your company's AI office manager in your pocket. Built for construction crews and the owners behind them. CoordOS is the construction back office, in your pocket. Crews capture the day as it happens: daily logs with site photos and dictated notes, the nearest site suggested from where you are standing, and everything queued safely when the signal drops and uploaded when it returns. Owners and managers see the whole company from one screen: what happened today across every project, what is scheduled, which tasks are open and who owns them, service requests from clients, and the weekly updates that go out to them. Oliver, your company's AI office manager, is a tap away. Ask about a project, a bill, a schedule or a document and get an answer grounded in your own company's records, the same Oliver your office already uses on the web. For owners with financial access, the Finance tab brings the books along: bills waiting for review, expenses and receipts, timekeeping, invoicing, receivables and budget by project, read straight from the same system your office runs on. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Today: the day across all your projects at a glance • Capture: daily logs, site photos, voice notes, site suggested by location • Projects, tasks and schedule with assignments and reminders • Service requests and weekly client updates • Receipts: photograph or upload a receipt and it lands in the queue • Oliver: ask your company's AI office manager anything • Finance (owners): bills, expenses, timekeeping, invoicing, receivables, budget • Notifications: task assignments, Oliver replies, morning brief, missing daily logs • Works on iPhone and iPad; the iPad layout mirrors the web portal • Sign in with email, Google or Apple CoordOS is for people who work at a company that runs on CoordOS. Your company owner invites you; you sign in with the same account you use on the web.
