► The future of personal finance.
Copilot uses machine learning to deliver powerful, hyper-personalized insights that help you effortlessly understand and manage how you spend, save, and invest your money. Transactions are organized automatically so they’re as easy to search, sort, and filter as your email inbox. The app uses crowdsourced feedback and machine learning to continuously improve the experience for everyone who uses it.
► All your accounts, in one place.
Copilot keeps track of all your bank, credit, and investment accounts so you don’t have to– just link them once and we’ll take care of the rest. Do you have an Apple Card? You can now import your statements directly from the Wallet app. You’ll receive daily and monthly account summaries for peace of mind and get notified if anything needs your attention.
► Tailor-made budgets without the headache.
Copilot creates realistic budgets for you based on your actual spending habits and expenses to help keep your spending on track. Recurring bills and subscriptions are automatically detected and included in your budgets, so there’s never any guesswork or end-of-month surprises. You can turn on Budget Rollovers to easily track spending across multiple months. Copilot's smart budgeting system allows for flexibility that no other apps provide– from creating shared budgets across multiple categories to excluding work-related expenses so they don’t affect your personal spending budgets. No budget app out there comes even close to what Copilot can do!
► With Copilot, you’re in the driver’s seat.
Choose exactly which notifications you want to receive. Create custom budget categories and name them whatever you want (emojis included). Switch from light to dark mode. The app is designed to adapt to your behavior and preferences over time, and any adjustments you want to make are a simple swipe or tap away.
► Private and safe, like it should be.
Copilot protects your information with bank-level security and has read-only access from your financial institutions. We treat your personal data like we’d want ours to be treated, which means never selling or sharing it with third parties. Ever.

So good I’d bet they’ll get bought out
They’re that good. There’s no denying they’re ex googlers. It’s very apparent in the UI. Sadly the app is so good, I don’t doubt they’ll get an offer probably in the next year give or take from either quicken or Intuit with too many zeros to turn down. My bets are on quicken likely to merge it with their “simplifi” app. Apps this good don’t stay on the market, they’re a real threat, just like o so many email apps with integrated AI that went to the microsoft graveyard after they sign a check.
I’d say keep up the good work but frankly it’s flawless already 🤷♂️ only changes I’d want is ability to have the app collect & log more than 6 months of transactions, .csv import for bank accounts, & maybe a landscape mode if you get bored and wanna add some frivolous fun stuff 😁.
Was kinda blindsided by this app in the best way possible, thought it was just another pop up shop app with a nice mockup that id invariably delete. Never expected this gem in the McDonalds drive through the App Store has become.
Great tool, great interface, great customer service
As a longtime Mint user, I’ve become clear on what I want — and don’t want — in a spending and budgeting app. The Copilot guys have done it right.
What I love:
- Tagging of my recurring transactions so it quickly learns to recognize them
- Easy to read gauge of how much I have left to pay of my bills
- Customizable budget categories and groups (like I can separate phone and heat but still roll them all up to a “home” category)
- Spending tracker that shows me if I’m trending over or under budget for the month
- At a glance readout of how I’m doing against each budget category — especially easy to read because each category is represented by my choice of emoji
- Brief prompts to review transactions I may not have seen yet
And finally, awesome customer service. I reached out with a question and got a reply within minutes. My issue, which was user error, morphed into a need for them to restore some data I shouldn’t have deleted. They worked with me diligently and fixed it quickly. Five stars for these guys for a great product, great UI, and great service.
The best way to track your finances
I’ve been a long-time user of Mint, but with it being a free product, I’ve always been concerned with them monetizing all my financial data (plus, Mint is always trying to “sell” you stuff like loans and credit cards every time you open the app.) I was so glad when I found Copilot! I like that it has a viable business model so the developers don’t have to seek out ways to monetize my financial data. But the best part is that the app is so well thought out and looks great! I’ve been using it for a while now and find it an easy-to-use way to aggregate all my financials in one place. Highly recommended!
