downloaded install open. this is the pop up message that appeared upon first attempt to open app. '"the server is currently unavaiable .check your internet connection"noted and checked, internet connection is working with strong signal. i tried opening the app 4 times and got the same hallucinated answer. Server busy chk inet connection. i wouldn't trust this app probably spyware. because even though the app couldn't open a pop up msg asked for permission to use microphone. the app can't open but you still want access to my microphone. SPYWARE

I realize the app falls under the "in-app purchases" category. But That could mean premium brushes or a premium option that isnt required. But for someone looking to do digital art for fun, you require a lot of money... I'm not willing to pay that much. If you had mentioned the required subscription fees in your description, that would have been nice. The app looks nice though and I'm sure it's high quality for those fees.

We're so sorry for the misunderstanding. Painter is a subscription-based application that offers a free trial period. And like all other subscription-based apps, the App Store lists Painter in the category of "Free: Offers In-App Purchases," which we understand can be confusing for customers. The app starts with a free trial period when you sign up for a subscription. You can cancel the subscription up to 24 hours before the free trial period ends and you will not be charged. We hope this info is helpful and appreciate the feedback.
