At first I had problems getting anything to print. Then after readjusting and thinking I was doing something wrong, it finally printed something faintly. Then tried again and it worked! Now I am not having any problems so far, and it’s been working pretty good. I am glad it’s working now because I thought I was going to have to return it.:)

Although I have to press down fairly hard to for the ink to transfer onto the label, I would say this is a nice little gadget!! I like it and use it quite a bit for my small projects to label. Thanks Core

Great..then not so much..

So when I first got this printer and had an iPhone 13, everything worked perfect. Since upgrading to an iPhone 17pro, I now have to uninstall and reinstall the app every time I want to print a shipping label from the re-sale app I use. Every time I go to print a second one, after the first, it sends me back to the page I was on..I almost sent an order to the wrong person! Please fix on the next update! This is incredibly frustrating.

I haven’t even used the printer yet to print anything because the app continues to freeze up causing me to have to exit out, reconnect the printer and basically repeat. Hoping when I finally am able to print something, the quality is worth the frustration but PLEASE fix the buggy app. It’s literally useless if you have to start from scratch 7 times in a row within a 10 minute timeframe.
