Description

Counting Ants Lite is a great app for early learning - perhaps the best way to help your toddler practice counting to ten on the iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch. It's also a great way to introduce your kids to a second (or third!) language.

This app features adorable ants that zip around in their cars, while teaching kids the basics of counting.

The app automatically rotates through five minigames to keep your toddler engaged while they learn to count.

Minigames include:
• Count the ducks
• Count the fish
• Count the fruit
• Count the train cars
• Find the number

The minigames and toddler-friendly interface make learning incredibly easy and fun. The scenes are fully interactive and simple for young children to control even if they don't yet know how to read.

Counting Ants Lite includes both English and Spanish and also offers support for additional languages via in-app purchase. Supported languages include Chinese, Japanese, Russian, French, Italian, Hungarian, Ukrainian and German.

Please let us know if there's additional content you'd like to see added - we're excited to add support for more languages and happy to take requests.

Happy Counting!

Change the music please

Grandson likes this app (20 mos.) Offers enough variety and skill level, and it entertains him; finds the ants riding bikes behind the ants in cars funny. However, there needs to be a change in music either as the number of ants increases or as each scene changes. By the time there are 5 ants on the screen we are both bored with the sound and have trouble staying focused or keeping the app going.

Just a Great App

Probably the best app I have for my 2.5 year old. I have the free version and it's better than some paid apps I have. My son loves the ants, and he can easily work the app, unlike many others I have. It keeps him entertained for a long time, and I like that once he gets to the end (10) it just starts over again at 1. This app has gotten me through so many football games and stopped tantrums in the grocery store countless times.

Nice

Very nice, cute game teaches one through ten. Repeats counting and shows numbers. I like it but of you plan to buy a different language besides Spanish, it's better to buy all the languages and pay $1.99 than only for one language $.99 for only one (thats what I did and regretted that I didn't buy all because it's very teaching and wouldn't mind if my child would know how to count in many languages... Over all a great app
