Cozy lacks working app
Cozy lacks working app. 5 months that I reported the application was not working! No response to emails or trouble reports! Useless company and no customer service! Would recommend another company instead of this company!
Does not work!!! Full of bugs
I have never seen such a poorly developed application in my life! It is truly a total disaster, it is full of endless bugs. And the worst part is that after a week of use, I am simply unable to connect to the server. It's unacceptable! And let's not even talk about the support service, which is purely and simply non-existent. I have sent no less than 4 emails asking for help, and guess what? Nobody has responded to me! It is simply deplorable and it shows a total disregard for the users.
