CR Mobile provides authorized CentralReach users with HIPAA-compliant anytime, anywhere access to their end-to-end workflow whether online or offline, enabling top-quality ABA care while on-the-go or at a center. Users can securely access appointment schedules, collect clinical data, complete appointments with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) information, and complete Session Notes.

To use CR Mobile, your organization must have an active license with CentralReach that includes the CR Mobile application. If you are unsure as to whether you have the ability to use CR Mobile, please contact your administrative staff.

Version 2.4.0

The CR Mobile v2.4 release includes bug fixes, performance improvements, and updates to Session Notes.
• Saved session note information now persists after refreshing the My Appointments screen during an appointment.
• Provider credentials will now populate into session notes, as expected.
• An issue causing a crash when graphing Backward and Forward Chain Task Analysis targets has been resolved.
• Other minor fixes and performance updates have also been included.
