We have been using Bonusly for almost a month now. It has been a great tool as a manager to reward people publicly when they exemplify a leadership quality!
Slow performance

App performs quite slowly and has some dead ends. For sample if you launch someone’s profile then there’s no way to go back other than relaunching the app. Same is true for screens that have gifs on them. It performs so slow that one has to relaunch the app
