CraFlow: Timesheet & Expenses

Leave, invoicing & umbrella

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

CraFlow makes the monthly activity report (timesheet) of consultants simple, and the management of their company too. FOR CONSULTANTS • Fill in your timesheet in seconds: day by day, by period, or by sliding your finger over several days. • Overtime and on-call duty noted with the day. • Leave requests: once approved, they are added to your timesheet automatically. • Expense reports with photographed receipts. • Download or share your timesheet as a PDF; your client can approve and sign it online. • Umbrella (portage) account: follow your balance, management fees and payout requests. FOR COMPANIES (IT CONSULTANCIES, UMBRELLA COMPANIES, FREELANCERS) • Approval of timesheets, leave and expense reports. • Invoicing from approved timesheets, including overtime and on-call duty. • Several invoicing entities within one group. • Managers' rights and activity log. Your account is the same on the web (craflow.fr) and in the app. The app follows your phone's language (English or French). CRAFLOW FREELANCE SUBSCRIPTION For independent freelancers without a company: monthly auto-renewing subscription, with the first three months free for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, from Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
