2. Set your session: Choose a duration that fits your flow, then set an idle threshold to pause the timer when no activity is detected. Decide how strict the session is and whether you can end it early (or not).
3. Start or schedule the session: Manually start a session anytime from the menu bar with the free plan, perfect for when you’re feeling motivated.
Don’t want to wait around for motivation to strike? Creative Command Plus lets you schedule sessions that start automatically, so you can stick to a routine and build habits that last.
4. Stay with the work: The timer only runs when you’re active. Go idle, and it pauses. No shortcuts. No running out the clock.
5. Make real progress: The block lifts when the session ends, and the session ends when the work is real.
