Very Happy

I thought this video was great! I’m not sure why people have negative attitudes I guess they do not get the “Happy Planner” idea. The planner is just that it’s to let each individual design and decorate their planner exactly the way they want it. There are NO right or wrong ways which makes this planner even better!! I call mine my Bible. She goes everywhere I go. You could call me old school.....you cannot trust your phone or computer they can crash and poof its all gone. I appreciate you ladies for coming up with such an awesome idea!! I mean who smiles when they have to pay a bill but when you have cute stickers it makes it fun!!! Thank you again for sharing this idea for the consumer!! For the negative Nancy’s out there maybe you should invest in the grumpy girl calendar because clearly you do not grasp this wonderfully perfect idea!!!!!

iPhone users read first before committing

I was super excited when I found out there was classes available online as recently I have begun exploring a creative outlet to help me out in general. I purchased a sewing machine and am a complete novice, learning on my own. All the while, in my head thinking to myself there has to be something/someone that provides this service. So I signed up I believe there may have been a Free Trial (7 day maybe?) and then you select your package and I think I went with the medium tier option and was ready to start a class. The only thing I was able to watch was the intro that anyone can watch basically and then it would ask me to sign up the same thing I just completed. So
I thought to myself well maybe I didn’t get it submitted my phone has been giving me trouble. I done it again agreed to the three child. Approved my payment through my apple account selected the middle option for subscription and same thing it was as if I didn’t have an account. So I just said forget it obviously this isn’t meant to be and carried on. Well come to find out I did indeed have subscriptions that I had paid for that I was unaware of because no matter the effort I put in on multiple occasions trying to get it to work I was being shown that I needed to sign up so I wasn’t thinking about millk

The app has flaws

This is a useful app if you don’t want to watch classes in your web browser, but you must have WiFi for the app to be of any use. I “downloaded” classes in the app before an extended camping trip, anticipating a lack of WiFi. Much to my surprise, when I tried to open it to view the classes I had “downloaded”, I got a sign-in screen. You can’t sign in without WiFi. When I contacted support about the matter, I received instructions to enable data usage on my phone, but I’m not using my phone! My iPad doesn’t have cellular data, also, most of the time if I don’t have WiFi I also don’t have a cell signal on my phone.

The Creativebug response to this problem: “ If your Ipad does not allow date (data) usage, then you will indeed need WiFi in order to use the app! Apologies!”

The other annoying issue I have, which also applies to the classes online, is that when you stop a lesson part way through it doesn’t resume where you left off. You have to fast forward through the part you already saw, or watch it all over again.

Developer Response ,

Hi there, I wanted to let you know that this issue has been fixed. So sorry to keep you from crafting off-line! We hope your next crafting excursion goes better now that the download feature has been fixed.
