Scan a card to find its holder. Point the camera at the barcode or QR code on a printed card and the app opens that cardholder's record. If two designs share the same number, it asks which one you scanned rather than guessing. The scan button sits beside the add button on the card and cardholder screens, on both iPhone and iPad.

Honest conflicts. If a record changed at the workstation while the phone was away, the phone now asks which version should win instead of guessing. A clearer queue. See what is waiting to sync and what needs attention, retry or discard individual items, and read exactly when the app is offline. Sturdier sync. The phone syncs by itself when the network returns, keeps a half-finished enrolment through interruptions, never prints the same queued card twice, and survives a workstation restored from backup. Plus better photo cropping, true-to-screen signatures, and search that handles thousands of cardholders.
