Credit Convey App provides Financial Wellness insights and alerts about your daily balances, income, and expenditures. It also provides cash advances, also known as Bridge-a-Gap "BaG" Cash, with education, motivation, and cutting-edge technologies. To access these services, you MUST keep your bank account connected to the app and maintain your active membership by paying a membership fee. So long as you retain your membership active, if your bank account is at risk of being overdrawn, you can request a BaG (commonly $20 non-growing or $30, $40, or $50 growing to $200) to avoid impairing your finances. BaGs are offered to all clients with qualified accounts (subject to approval). BaGs are not loans or traditional credits. After your necessity has passed and when you have sufficient funds, if you choose to return your BaG to your Credit Convey account, you can access it again and again, each time with a more significant amount, growing to up to $200 (subject to approval). You may choose to receive your BaG with Standard 3 business-day delivery (free of charge) or request to receive it Express within a few minutes (or same-day) by paying an express fee, which varies and will be shown to you on the Checkout screen based on your BaG amount.

Big Help

I was skeptical of this app at first , but I’ve used this app twice so far and my limit goes up each time. As long as you pay back on time it just keeps going up. Of course with any of these apps there is a possibility that you get stuck in a cycle but just remember to be responsible and it will be alright. Sign up was easy and straight to the point. The only downside is if you want the funds right away. But they have make money somehow.

$10 STOLEN

DONT DOWNLOAD!! 2 months ago they charged me $10 just to connect my bank for a cash advance. It states try again tomorrow. Since they already got my $10, I kept trying each day. Still denied. I’m by no means rich or I wouldn’t be on here. But I do get enough that they can see I can pay it back. Still denied, no reason, just try again tomorrow. I cancelled it. Last month, charged the $10 again. You can only email. I emailed them delete my info. They’re scammers. I go in my bank account today and I’m charged the $10 again! I actually have a good amount in the bank and put the frustration aside and thought let’s try for an advance again before I really get annoyed. Heck, they charged me again so let’s try it. DENIED! Says try again tomorrow. I’m so frustrated with this scammer company. Return my $9.78 immediately! I cancelled you by email last month and I don’t know how you are charging me again. RETURN MY MONEY SCAMMERS!!

Dear customer, If clients are not fully satisfied with the app's services, we will reimburse them for the cost of the bank connection fee for one month. Furthermore, if you are not actively using the services, disconnecting bank accounts via the Settings tab is fully automated and takes less than five (5) seconds. Sometimes, clients create multiple accounts against our policies and then forget to disconnect them. Please ensure all your accounts are deactivated if you have created multiple accounts. Please contact Customer Service to receive your reimbursement.

Doesn’t Work Anymore

This app used to be great. But now for the past two months, every time I’ve tried to get a loan, I get an error message stating “There was a problem determining if I qualify. Please try again.” How can there be an issue when there’s no issue with taking the monthly fee??? And there has been no response from customer care so, I’d say, don’t even bother.
UPDATE: They said they would update the app. They have. But now you go to the app and it says there’s an update which takes you back to the App Store which says “Open” because you’ve already updated the app. But, you open the app, and it asks you to update when you already did. And just send you back and forth. This app is a JOKE. Was good but not anymore. Will just charge you a monthly fee for nothing and make it impossible to get into the app so you can cancel your account.
