I have been enrolled in a debt management plan for about three months and they have been wonderful from the start and have taken care of everything for me. I called them today with a problem because one of my creditors was trying to say that they didn’t get their payment and also charge me a late fee. Which they’re not supposed to do because of the terms of their agreement of me being enrolled in the plan. Judy went out of her way to reach out to my creditor when she didn’t get the help she needed from the customer service rep. She asked to speak with a supervisor and has escalated the issue. They are handling everything on their end so that I don’t have to call my creditor and get the runaround. Judy is an example of the company doing exactly what they promised me they would do when I initially signed up! I am so grateful for this program and helping me get out of debt and Judy’s customer service is world class.

I’ve spoken with a few people there over the course of my payment plan with them thus far, and every single person has been incredible. Most recently I spoke with Caio and he was no exception to my experience. He was kind, understanding and helpful. He answered all the questions I had and helped me add a couple more cards that were eligible onto my payment account. This process is not easy to go through, there’s such a level of guilt and shame that a lot of us feel for getting into debt, but not a single person I’ve spoken with at ACCC has ever been anything other than understanding and compassionate.Thank you for having such caring and kind people working for your organization. Times are tough, and kindness makes it at least a little more bearable.

I would like to say how awesome this program is. Everyone is so informative and helpful. I had enrolled already and called this morning just to ask a question. Marly was the rep that I got. She was so great. AND besides answering the little question I had she was able to actually save me more in my monthly payment with them. I mean COME ON !!!! That was pretty awesome. Times like this (and if you sadly use credit cards for a lot of stuff because money is tight) this program really helps. In the long run you will be savings lots and lots of money. Just don’t do it again. lol credit cards is a life saver for certain things. But you have to be strong and pay it off quickly. Thanks again Marly !!!!!!!

My professor mentioned he works for this not-for-profit in his “other life,” that deals with financial advice/help for people in need. He’s a total wealth of knowledge. I looked into ACCC where he works, and they have a great reputation, even better than he told us. CreditU is on my phone now! I only use apps for things like door-dash, and Uber so it’s a bit of a shock to see how much Credit U does. I think I’ve only scratched the surface with what it has to offer. I’m using the long term planning part. I talked to him after class about it. He mentioned that “your habits are your future” (he says that all the time, it’s an ethics class) and how Credit U is really a means to enforce habits that make a strong financial future. So far I love it!
