CrewFields helps you manage daily operations from a single dashboard: schedule jobs and assign them to your crew, manage client requests from first contact to completion, track team messages, prepare and send estimates and invoices, upload job photos, save documents, review business activity, and share a client portal through search or a QR code.

Clients use CrewFields for free. They can find your company, scan your QR code, submit job requests, upload photos, send project details, and leave real reviews — no account required.
CrewFields also includes AI-assisted document drafting for estimates, invoices, reports, client letters, and office notes. AI output is editable and should be reviewed before use.
Business access is free for companies with 1 to 5 employees, including 200 AI Assistant messages and 500MB of storage per month. Larger teams unlock more AI messages and storage with a paid monthly plan, and extra AI messages can be purchased anytime as a one-time top-up.

- Work Orders: create work orders, assign a lead and helpers, and let your crew clock in and out on each job with GPS, breaks, notes and photos.
- Employee view: staff can see their assigned work orders and the full company calendar (read-only).
- Calendar: events can now repeat weekly, every two weeks or monthly.
- Payroll: year-to-date totals now carry over correctly on new paychecks.
- Time off: requests can now be edited and deleted.
- Fixed an issue where deleted invoices could reappear.
- Layout improvements for iPad and Mac.
