I have been playing this game every night about an hour before I go to sleep for 3 years ( minus about 7 days out of three years) I have spent an enormous amount of in game money. I have amassed about 3 million and almost 100 burgers and drinks and paid the 3.18 ac week for the pizza every week for the years. It is now my third time through the game and back on level 56 for the third time. It’s time to move on to the next series in the game. However I recently found out your game status Ford not follow you through to the next game in the series. I find that outrageous because why would the people who own this game want to give up a player such as myself who will pay to play. It concerns me that it’s all about the money and I guess that’s how you succeed, I like this game a lot because it helps my memory, I’m 62 and still find it interesting to beat my best each time I play. I hope the Developers read this and help me get my game status to the next game. Because I won’t play the again for a fourth year because there is no gain in doing so. If I have to I will find another game that I will spend money on. I hope there is help. This is a stimulating game for myself and I find it relaxing and also memory enhancing. Thanks for making a fine game like this abs would bore you see it’d be worth your wild to help me in some kind of way to keep going in the series without losing everything I have already gained through the last three years.

I have tried many other games and Criminal Case is the only one that I have gained proficiency at in the way of the complexity of the cases, the variety of scenarios and the diversity of characters. I have Parkinson's disease and I find my brain benefiting from this game. I don't sleep more than 3-4 hours at a stretch and consequently I am up in the middle of the night playing. This allows me to play more over the span of a day than most people. I love recommending this game to family and friends. It relieves some of the stress that comes with everyday living and allows me to escape into a world that is highly organized and fun to play. I also liked the videos because I did download many other games that I was not aware of earlier. I'm going to keep my rating at 5 stars because I still like the game immensely but it just needs a little tweaking. I’ve been playing for over 3 years and now play Mysteries of the Past as well as Save the World. I just can’t seem to get enough of Criminal Case. The roulette wheel is ingenious. Thank you so much.

I love the concept of this game but the way it was carried out I’m so not a fan of. It is one of the most pain staking waste of time games I have ever played. One example being how it takes 40 minutes just to give you only one life when you generally need five lives to acquire only one star. Not to mention how ridiculous it is that we need stars to do literally everything that’s not even necessary especially when stars are so hard to get. As well as the amount of time it takes for the lab specimens to come back and get the results. Only thing it results in as me getting super bored having to wait around on the game and I end up losing interest in the game entirely. I’ve had this game for over 7 YEARS and I’m only on the third case still not done because I’ve had to do so many unnecessary tasks to gain stars that I just keep getting bored and letting the game go and then coming back later hoping they’ve improved the game in this aspect and they never have so. And by the way it’s super unnecessary of you guys to play ads so often since you make it so hard to get a life we already have to watch a crap ton of ads anyway so we end up watching ads more than we actually end up playing the game. If these somewhat major issues where fixed I’d give this game 5 stars and I’d play all the time. By the way I’m not saying there should be no wait time or challenge to this game, I just think they are way too extreme because it’s too difficult and gets boring because of that.

I have been playing Criminal Case for literally years. I’ve stuck with it through updates that got worse and worse, dealt with increasingly intrusive ads, ignored the flaws (why is updating the game a better reward than gaining 3000+ exp. points and leveling up?) and the complete ignorance of police procedure and how the American government operates. I tried reaching out to the game developers to lodge my complaints rather than posting it publicly, and was met with a stock letter stating that no one would ever respond to me. I played through Grimsborough, Pacific Bay, and now finally completed World Edition, at level 282 and with over $12 million saved up. And now, after all this, the only way to continue is to abandon all that and start over on a new app, for a time-traveling storyline that sounds middling at best. The only reason I wanted to play Mysteries of the Past is to get to the return to Grimsborough storyline, but if I have to abandon all my progress to slog through fiftyish cases I’m not interested in just to get there, I’m giving up now. So, I guess this is goodbye, Criminal Case. I never spent a real world penny on your game, and now I definitely never will. Maybe if you get some better customer service and start actually listening to your users you’ll get something really enjoyable to play, but I’ve been playing solely out of a desire to finish what I started for a long time now, and it’s just not worth it anymore.
