I was really excited to use this app, but unfortunately I tried signing up and everything went well until the slide after “which system do you use”, it’s a bunch of reviews you can flip through for whatever reason (probably because it’s the slide before asking me if I wanted premium..) and I legitimately can’t get past it because the purple “next” button at the bottom of the screen is completely cut off and I can’t press it. So until this bug is fixed, I have to offload this app. I tried everything from shrinking my phone font to trying to force the app into landscape mode, all to no avail. as soon as this bug is fixed, I will re-download and sign up.

This app is amazing. I love how this is so good for beginners like me because even though everything is abbreviated there’s a chart and vids u can look at to see what everything means. There is just one suggestion I have though…. I mean I know this might be a lot t of hard work for the worker but the instructions should have a bit more detail. Having a picture for every step would show me what my project should look like at that step. If this was fixed it would be a five star from me. Everything else is amazing though! One more thing I forgot to say…I’m just really confused what the point of the yarn library and the hook library is.Not saying it was a bad idea to put it there since it looks like a lot of people like it.I’m just saying I would know what those are for so I can actually use them.

Hello! Thanks for the feedback :) We will think on how to improve pattern descriptions in the future. About the Yarn warehouse and Hooks inventory - many crocheters have hundreds of different yarns and leftovers to know for sure what do they have and have not. Also, by keeping the Yarn information in the stock, you don't need to have remember what yarn to buy. Same with hooks, when planning your next project, you can instantly know whether you have all the tools for that project, or missing something. Hope it covers it :) feel free to let us know if there are other ideas on improval

I love this app so much that since I offered for good things I lost track. This app is incredibly helpful. Not only does it have a crochet counter, but it also has features that are selected for creating plushy clothes I made it using one of the free patterns and I love it. The app is very simple to use so I have fun with it. You do get it now

The counting rows part is fine. But if you want to track the time it takes it will automatically pause the counter if your phone’s screen goes dark. The watch version only counts for the global counter but not any PDFs you have. It also will not count the time if the watch face goes dark. A good counter wouldn’t stop just because the watch or phone face goes dark.**Update** To answer the developer’s response, I’m referring to the auto pause that happens when the screen goes dark on either the phone or the watch. I got through about 15min of work and went to pause the counter on my watch, only to find it had paused at 5 seconds because the screen on the watch went dark. I like having the pause feature, but the auto pause is something I think needs to be tweaked.

Hello, Thanks for your feedback, we were tracking on how users are using it in most of the cases and our design was created with the idea to solve their issues. Pausing Timer was a requested feature by other crocheters, so that you are counting only the time that you actually doing something with the app, not that you've set a timer and forgot to turn it off. Or you had a call to take, distracted by the reels or something else, and then 30 minutes later it adds up to your project. We consulted with crocheters who make a living from this craft and for them it is really important to track factual time spent on the project, instead of a global timer. Please share a use case when you would require a timer to continue going on and we would try to improve the app with that. Thanks a lot for your opinion! :love: :yarn:
