Could be a 5 Star

I truly enjoy this game and the competition of placement with the other players. HOWEVER— the Ads on this game have become extremely frustrating and I don’t understand why this must be done to players. There is an Ad BEFORE you play, and directly AFTER you play regardless if you have pressed continue. And then the Ads run 2, that’s TWO, times! Arrrgh! Why not give us the option to pay $5. To play the game without Ads?!!

Need to fix some things

I am enjoying this game, but would enjoy it more with a few improvements.

1) Too many ads. There’s not an option I can find to just pay for a full version without ads. I almost always am willing to pay for that feature if it’s a game I play often. Please consider adding that.
2) Not difficult enough. I am almost to level 300 and have yet to see any difficulty. Almost takes the fun out of it when it’s too easy.
3) Keeps trying to force me to take the “Free +5 letters.” I turn that toggle off, and then it will toggle itself back on - right before my eyes. It does this even more especially when it’s a “watch ad” one and not a free one. It has gotten me more than once when my thumb was faster than my brain and I tapped START before catching what happened. Then I’m stuck watching yet another ad, to get a power up that I don’t even want. Tricky tricky.
4) Too many repeat clues. Also quite a few typos, and even grammatical errors that make it a little confusing to figure out the clue. (Not to be mistaken for difficulty- just a flat out bad clue, spelling error, etc)

Aside from these things, I really do like it. I’ve been playing every day. But with those improvements I mentioned, it would be a five star game.

Too easy

I love word games and this one is especially fun, but the app is bent on making you use hints!! Every time you begin a new level it automatically turns on a feature to give you 5 free letters of the crossword puzzle to help you solve, which you have to turn off yourself. Additionally, there is another power up that there is NO ability to turn off that gives you letters of the puzzle every time you solve a word. This ruins the fun because some words are solved before I even get to read the description for them. Maybe I’m not far enough in yet (but I’m on level 50?) but this game does not challenge you enough at all. My guess is they want you to finish levels faster so you can watch another ad. Bummer.
