CrowdDance chooses music for your party and adapts it to the movement on your dancefloor. Requires an active Apple Music subscription.
CrowdDance chooses and plays songs from Apple Music for private parties at home. You set the musical preferences, and CrowdDance uses movement from the dancefloor to help decide what plays next.
HOW IT WORKS
• Tell CrowdDance about your party: how long it will run, who's coming, and the genres, eras and artists you enjoy.
• Add songs you want to hear and songs or artists you want to avoid.
• Place your iPhone or iPad where its camera can see the dancefloor. Keep it steady and leave CrowdDance open while the party is running.
The app measures overall movement and uses those readings, together with your preferences, to adjust the upcoming music.
YOU STAY IN CONTROL
• Play, pause or skip at any time.
• Change the party setup while music is playing.
• Return to an active party from the home screen.
CAMERA PRIVACY
Camera frames are analysed on your device. Photos and video are never recorded, stored or uploaded. CrowdDance does not identify people or use facial recognition.
Numerical movement readings and playback information are sent to CrowdDance's servers to help choose the music.
WHAT YOU NEED
• An active Apple Music subscription. Apple Music is not included.
• An internet connection.
• Sign in with Apple or Google to get started.
For the best setup, connect your speakers and keep your device plugged in with the camera facing the dancefloor.
CrowdDance is intended for private, non-commercial parties at home with family and friends.
