Crowdtap Surveys & Opinions 4+

I have been using crowdtap for several months now. My experiences had been completely positive up until this point. Randomly, I received an email telling me that my account has been deactivated due to a violation of their terms of service. The email stated “if you feel this message was sent in error please email us.” I did this, and they could give me no explanation, but said that they would not be reinstating my account. I never did anything that would have violated any terms of service as I was happy to have a way to earn gift cards easily. I recommended this app to several of my friends and family, and they all joined. I contacted customer service, repeatedly, and they refused to do anything to reinstate my account. It’s a shame that they would not at least release me the gift cards that I had earned. It appears that it was only good for a time. It’s a shame.

UPDATE: After my review and emails with Crowdtap (they have always been good at responding to emails) they said my account was flagged incorrectly and they reinstated my account.

I downloaded this app a little while ago so I’m not sure about some of the issues people have had, as I haven’t experience any. The only issue I have had is a few days ago my app was showing no surveys for days but I came on here and someone who had a similar issue they told to logout and log back in and that fixed it for me!

I feel like they give you a fair amount of points per survey, I’ve maybe spent like a an hour of my time total and I’ve made like $15. It’s not like crazy good money but I know a lot of survey apps have it where you have to save up points for weeks and weeks just to get a measly $5, but this one you could probably spend like 25 minutes and get $5, maybe more if you’re not also half watching tv at the same time like me. So you can cash out points in a short period of time and they have so many gift card options. It’s kind of fun in a way and I like to do something else while watching tv so I just take these little surveys and fund my Starbucks addiction.

Also is nice because you don’t have to answer like 5 minutes worth of questions just to find out you don’t qualify for a survey, instead the ‘surveys’ themselves are usually just like a couple questions about a certain topic.

I can not brag enough on Crowdtap. The surveys are short and sweet, very pleasant to take and the outstanding support I received literally made me cry.
My mother became deathly I’ll right after I got the app on my new phone, then as soon as she got better she had to have complete hip replacement. I was waiting on 2 giftcards, after a few days I messaged support because I was afraid my account had been locked from my absence. Within an hour they had already messaged me back. Scarlet Rose was the members advocate and I am telling you it was the nicest, most heartfelt email I’ve ever received from any support member/team.
Scarlet Rose made me feel like an old friend instead of a nobody and over the years I’ve dealt with a few that has made me feel pretty bad. I have been so stressed lately that this nice, helpful and informing email from a extremely sweet human was much needed. Thank you Scarlet Rose and thank you Crowdtap for going above and beyond. I can always count on Crowdtap and now I know without a doubt that a little bit of kindness goes a long way.
