Huge Step Forward
I’ve been banking with Citizens Trust Bank since 2016, and I’ve been really impressed with their progress as an institution. The app in particular has greatly improved over the previous one. It’s a lot more fluid and user friendly. I like that it finally has the ability to do mobile check deposits as well. The main thing I’d like to see added would be push notifications through the app for things like deposit confirmations and purchase alerts.
Transfer Difficulties
Trying to simply transfer funds from one account to another.. It took me being on hold for an hour from corporate without an answer. While on hold i call the branch and the manager took a while to figure out where the transfer function was hidden. The app is complicated. Your on hold times are too long and you don’t communicate when thugs will be fixed
Worse app ever!
This. is one of the worst apps that I’ve ever encountered. Every two weeks to three weeks I have to resubmit my password when I have touch ID on my Apple iPhone. I have no idea why this resets all the time and I cannot remember my password usually because I have touch ID. That’s what touch ID for... so I have to change my password multiple times when the app should recognize it with Touch ID.
