Culver’s - thank you for listening. I appreciate the effort that you are making to address the things that people are bringing up. It shows that you care. My experience with the app has been good and definitely not like the complaints of some of these people. Makes me wonder if they just struggle with technology or are just plain cranky. I have signed up for MyCulvers and love that my recent orders are saved AND I can setup favorite orders. Signing into MyCulvers also pre-fills my contact info and payment info - this is handy. Hopefully I will be able to save my vehicle info sometime soon. Thanks again for the recent updates - I appreciate them.

I was just looking at this app in the App Store early last week, it had about a 2.5 star rating out of 5. Now it’s 4.8 lolI understand “delicious rewards” just started but it’s the same exact app just with the rewards added. Why wasn’t there any effort to making sure the app is better than before? “Error occurred” when trying to verify my phone number, what a great launch guys. Knocked it out the park. This is by far my favorite fast food but at least invest some money into your app. I had to make a new account with my phone # instead of signing in to the account I’ve had with Culver’s for 3 years. Not sure why “error occurred” when I signed into my account that I’ve had with Culver’s for 3 years. Only way was to make a new account (yes my phone # was connected to my account so doesn’t make any sense why it wouldn’t work)

This app update is still buggy and unusable. It had me sign in three different times, and then still when I wanted to favorite a restaurant, asked me to sign in AGAIN. Then I created a new account, and it signed me in, but then no matter how many times I tapped on a heart, it would not favorite a restaurant. Needs to be better.
