Wow. The mobile check deposit feature is TERRIBLE! I’ve used other apps for other banks and they were seamless and easy. Sign check. Take a photo of the front. Take a photo of the back. Select account. DONE! Not this app. Sign, spin around 3 times, make sure you find your account number because the mobile app you logged into has no idea, click your red slippers together and voila!

Yeah, I’d put this app as looking and functioning at a level 6 years old: lots of conflicting styles and colors, dated functionality, small-timey in every way. The developer has apparently serviced a dozen or more financial institutions, yet the execution of this app (and the web site!) seem to suggest it all started with a conversation that said “You need an app done? My brother in law knows a mechanic who does it in his spare time!”
Razzing aside...bad need of an update. In a day of Face ID or print recognition, there’s no reason for a sleepy, stagnant online customer service experience...unless you don’t care, of course.

Your app really doesn’t offer a lot of information whatsoever it gives you the bare minimum of instructions on how to do things, it’s glitchy as all hell, and like i said in the beginning the app doesn’t give enough information about certain things!
