I absolutely love this app and the health benefits that come with it! It’s incredibly user-friendly—just like the member portal—which makes everything so easy to navigate. I’ve been a member for the past two years, and I couldn’t be happier with the level of service and support I’ve consistently received. Highly recommend!

False claim- they claim you can find in-network care on the app. But when you try to find in-network care, the app opens the same web page we’ve been using (that’s not on the app). Also, I’ve never had a tougher time finding a provider with any other insurance company. I have this insurance through my company and I thought “wow free health insurance!?” And then I realized it’s not as good as it sounds. They do have easy prescription fills online and I would say that’s about it. Majority of the providers on the map in my area are either closed or not in the location that they show on the map. And the providers seem to be of lesser quality, per online reviews across multiple sites. Nobody has heard of curative before. I genuinely want them to succeed because the concept is amazing. But so far it feels deceptive and that aligns with all insurance companies.

Unlike other insurance apps I’ve tried, this one actually works. Has my insurance card, lets me double check things, isn’t ugly and weird, etc.

So glad to this available! It’s quick and easy to get my insurance info and find providers.
