I've always tried the apple screen time limit, but I would just bypass it and never actually focus. Having an app where I can actually force myself to focus with no excuses has made it so much easier to lock in. This is so much cheaper than other options and it has such cool features. I like how I'm able to compare with friends on the leaderboard and I'm able to set goals for how long I want to cut off from my phone for. Definitely a great purchase.
