At its center is Brix, your AI assistant. Think of it as an extra set of hands in the cellar & vineyard — capturing the details, running the numbers, and keeping watch, so your judgment stays free for the calls that matter. Here's what it does:
Log it the moment it happens. Snap a photo in the vineyard, talk it out at the tank, or type a quick note — measurements, sprays, costs, tasting notes. Brix, our AI assistant, confirms the details, does the math across blocks and/or batches, and files it. No more end-of-day spreadsheet catch-up.
Get answers in the moment. Brix is on call 24/7 for real-time guidance fermentation questions, troubleshooting a stuck batch, or a quick "what should I do next?" Grounded in what it knows about your blocks, your batches, and your goals.
Catch problems before they cost you. CuvAide continuously assesses your batches and blocks and flags what needs your eyes, a pH drifting out of range, a fermentation stalling, a disease risk moving toward a block, so nothing slips through during the harvest rush.
