Not your typical benefit - it’s just about me
I was blown away by the personalization of this benefit. It comes with a health coach and dietician assigned to me. Not who’s available. They know what and how I eat and give me advice on specifically what I can do to feel better. I loved the gut test and just found out we can re-take the test 2 times a year to track how my gut is improving. I finally got rid of my bloating and have increased my energy and am sleeping through the night. Love it and am grateful out comply offers it.
An essential tool in improving my digestive condition
This app has it all and has made a monumental difference in my GI condition. Through tracking my foods and symptoms on a regular basis I’ve been able to figure out my food triggers with the help and support of my Care Team.
