Locked out of account after hours — cannot be fixed without calling customer service during their office hours.

For some reason I thought I had “Touch ID” enabled….I guess not. Now, I’m not even sure if it’s possible on this app.

I did not see an “eye” to view password as I was typing. I could not remember 100% which password I used. However, I also thought it was likely that I made a typo on my phone, which like I said, I couldn’t see what I was typing. Now, I remember my password, but it doesn’t matter. After just a few tries, I was locked out of my account without a way to self-fix or verify. I work during their office hours so this is highly inconvenient. The only way to fix this is by calling customer service during office hours.

Another issue: I have been trying to figure out now for weeks how I can add an additional plan to my portal, but to no avail. It should be easier to use.

There are some great features though and it is nice to have an app like this available.

I love and depend on this app. It’s so much better than I expected, easy to use. Helpful to have my benefits information so handy and to see what’s happening with my claims. But my favorite part is there’s a find care and costs function. It takes the info from MY plan and uses it to compare the quality of doctors, etc. who I could go see, and the costs, how highly patients have ranked them. It’s also useful for seeing how much a procedure would cost. I love being able to research this on my own without having to then check what my plan allows or having to go through more steps to see if I could get this awesome surgeon my friend recommended for bariatric surgery and how much that surgery would cost me out-of-pocket at one hospital or another. Great tool. And I don’t miss having to get on hold for customer service by phone like I used to. Most of my questions I can get answered here.

- Login does not work using only biometrics, even though it asks you to set it up.
- My name is on the list twice for deductible and omits my child. After asking for help, the response was lacking and not helpful.
- Claims are missing.

Overall works ok, but these bugs make it incomplete.
