Be prepared to see previous owners payment history
The Daisy App shows previous owners’ payment history in the Home App screen instead current owner’s.
Nope.
The app is relatively useless, as is the service. It allows you to register maintenance requests and view buildingwide announcements- however those announcements do not include important information all need to know (like that the elevator is out or there is no hot water) or timelines for repairs. They claim to manage over 100 buildings in the city but took two days to dispatch a plumber, which if they don’t have one on staff, I’d imagine could quickly find one. (My Google search of emergency plumbers nyc gave hundreds of options) Let’s see how long it takes them to send a locksmith to repair our broken front door. Tell your board not to bother with this app or company.
Daisy and the app have been good for our co-op
Our previous management company had nothing like this. It really makes living in the building easier, because before we had to just call, call, and call, and rarely get a response, and now it just takes a couple seconds.
