Great App to cop Merch
Got Lukas statement jersey and it said it would take like 4 days but took a bit longer but no big deal. Great app and happy with the jersey and quality of it. (Luka statement jersey replica)
Constant issues
It amazes me how a billion dollar corporation can have such a horrible app. I show tickets from December on one of the phones I have the app on. On my regular phone all of January shows and it won’t update. I deleted, as I’ve been instructed to do before, and now none of my tickets show and there is an error to refresh. The web works, even though it’s as slow as dial-up. How in the world is the data in the wrong format and cannot be read? Time for a new development team or new company to build a better app. Also, you click on app support and it goes to the main Mavs page. My kids could make a better app.
Not consistent recently. Deleted it.
For this season, I have experienced issues with information being updated. Most notably, I have been unable to sell my tickets via the app. I had to go via a computer so I deleted that app since there is no use for it.
Also, there is no support for the app. You can’t submit an issue or look into getting it resolved. I hope they at least look at reviews.
Error I receive: “The data couldn’t be reached because it isn’t in the correct format”
