Can’t Login
The lights have been a little glitchy since we got them a couple years ago. I always chalked it up to us not using them enough to keep them synced to the app. I have now been trying to log into the app for over a week and can’t click the login button. I tried removing the app and re-downloading but no luck.
I have been unable to reach the customer support line. Is there a known bug with that app you are working on?

stopped working
I had one light that has never connected.
Last week all 14 of them became unresponsive to the app.
If anyone gets another app to work, please post which app.

If your lights becomes unresponsive, it could be because of a long list of possible causes. We encourage you to call our Customer Experience Support line at tel:8774301818 and they will guide you step by step on getting your lights working correctly.
Barely works
I have “pro” devices that are Bluetooth. The app does not work without internet. Why is that?
