DaoBrew is a wellness companion that uses Apple Watch biometric data and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory to detect stress patterns and guide personalized micro-recovery breathing sessions. HOW IT WORKS DaoBrew reads your heart rate, HRV, and other vitals from Apple Watch to identify five stress patterns: Tension, Overdrive, Stagnation, Constriction, and Depletion. Based on your pattern, the app prescribes a tailored breathing exercise with real-time audio guidance.
