Pls when someone will download this app so u will send the information that they, can know where can we see password and...who will not download this app so don’t send them massage and don’t show it in ads so the secret will reveal. This is ur secret and don’t tell anyone who didn’t use this Daraz app. I told it for your safe and who forgot so they can also saw what is the passcode and this app is amazing bro love a lot this app ❤️❤️🥰

I am an old user of Daraz! I always use it for ordering goods! Previously it was okay! But now they are very disappointing! They are unable to deliver products on time! Take extra 10/15 days on overseas products! Their estimated time doesn’t work properly! Now I am also facing a big issue which is products stuck in one place! My last order got stucked then I contact with agent, which is also annoying cause there is no one click agent service! You have to spam ‘Agent’ in live chat then after long time you will be albe to find an agent which is also very very very much disappointing as well! Like no one will expect this type of issues from a big online platform like Daraz! They got frame and now they are flying high with low level service! I know they and some bros will be angry with my review but that is the truth and I never afraid to say truth! Daraz be careful cause your bad service can be a reason for your downfall! 🙂

In my second last order (received 22nd of May, 2023), one of my products were missing, so I called Daraz right away, and the agent on the phone was very responsive and communicative which I appreciated. I was told that someone will call me within 24-48 hours to confirm the refund, and they did. They informed me I’ll surely be refunded. Then I got a notification that request is being processed, so I had faith and I went about my day. Few days later I checked my notifications and saw that on the same day they said it was being processed, the refund was rejected. Daraz needs to be more responsible and reliable. Finally they’re trying to process it again after I had to remind them. We are customers, we shouldn’t chase for the refunds, especially when it was a mistake on Daraz’s part in the first place.
