Terrible

Items never arrive. They always send me notifications like the items are with the delivery service now and will arrive very soon. Once, they said the item will arrive within 2-8 hours so I waited at my house despite the fact that I had to go out. The delivery service didn’t show up and I waited for about 3 more days and and then they sent me an email saying the order was delivery failed. If they couldn’t have delivered it, I believe they should’ve told me beforehand and not let me have my hopes high that the items will arrive sooner or later. I’ve ordered about 5 times so far and none of them arrived. 3 of them were items I needed VERY urgently. They just wasted 2 weeks of my time letting me believe the products will arrive. I highly recommend not to order things from here. BAD BAD BAD

Delivery charge

Delivery charge for each item from customers who buy more items in the same time is uncomfortable as paying 5 delivery charges for 5 items is really too expensive and upset

The items need to be organized.

I searched Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask but it came out like 10 items with different price and discount offers.
Despite this fact, I like all the packaging and the fast delivery they can manage. I appreciate it.
