Registered users of DART’s Rider Assistance Programs (RAP), DART Rides and Collin County Rides, can plan, schedule, and pay for trips within the program service areas.
Features include:

- Trips can be scheduled on-demand or up to seven days in advance.
- Real-time trip planning with step-by-step navigation.

DART Rides and Collin County Rides are Rider Assistance Programs for registered residents of qualified cities or ZIP codes who are age 65 or over OR have a certified disability. Enrollment is required. Persons interested in applying for the service should complete an application to determine eligibility. Doesn’t use the dart trains.
Only one problem
and it’s probably “user error.” And I am that user. Can’t figure out how to make a list of favorite destinations. Other than that, this app is a piece of cake to use. Many thanks for making ride assistance easy to schedule.
