#1 Dash Diet Meal Plan
DASH lowers blood pressure — particularly if you have elevated levels — and may aid weight loss. It could reduce your risk of diabetes, heart disease, metabolic syndrome and some cancers.
Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension, or DASH, is a diet recommended for people who want to prevent or treat hypertension — also known as high blood pressure — and reduce their risk of heart disease.
The DASH diet focuses on fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean meats.
Benefits:
- Decreases cancer risk:
A recent review indicated that people following the DASH diet had a lower risk of some cancers, including colorectal and breast cancer.
- Lowers metabolic syndrome risk:
Some studies note that the DASH diet reduces your risk of metabolic syndrome by up to 81%
- Lowers diabetes risk:
The diet has been linked to a lower risk of type 2 diabetes. Some studies demonstrate that it can improve insulin resistance as well.
- Decreases heart disease risk:
In one recent review in women, following a DASH-like diet was associated with a 20% lower risk of heart disease and a 29% lower risk of stroke.

Ratings and Reviews
Helps me improve myself
I’ve been into body building as long as I can remember. I love Ronnie Coleman and man, what a physique he had. I don’t think anybody in history could have ever beaten his physique from 2003. I don’t want to be that level of committed, just to be honest with you. In 2003 he achieved arguably the best physique that he possibly could have. That’s all that I’m trying to accomplish my body, to have the best physique that I can have. MealMap helps me to do that by showing me healthy, nutritional, workout fueling meals offered by restaurants near me. I don’t have to make my restaurant visits into regrettable and out of schedule cheat meals. With MealMap I can see all the nutritional information and calories I need in order to make an informed decision. It’s quick, easy and a helpful app. MealMap is also great for those moments in where I’ve gotten sick of chicken, rice and protein shakes. It’s great just to change things up and to let a chef oversee the cooking ever so often.
Always keeping it simple
I like to keep things simple, if I decide to learn more about nutrition then that doesn’t mean that I want to memorize the complete biological makeup of celery stalks along with their origins in world history. It just means that I want to make some positive changes to the way that I’m eating, drinking or sleeping, whatever. MealMap is one of those positive changes that I am so happy to have discovered. MealMap tells me in words that I can comprehend which restaurants are offering healthy meals near me. Not those pretend healthy salads that you sometimes see where it looks like a bird’s nest drowned in sugar packed salad dressing. That’s not it. Every meal listing on MealMap shows the complete nutritional package. Everything that you could possibly need to know in order to make a good call. MealMap keeps things simple for more complicated diets too. There are options for keto and paleo diet folks. MealMap keeps things simple and that’s a perfect fit for me.
No need to explain
For me, the most important thing is to be eating healthy and living well. I think most people feel that way too. One of the most important aspects of living well is to not have to explain in painstaking detail to the service staff what you need every time you go out to eat. Up until now, that has been the larger part of my experience with restaurants in my neighborhood. However, I no longer experience this issue thanks to MealMap. MealMap let’s me know which restaurant near me are offering healthy, weight loss centered meals. But they don’t stop at the point in which it’s an interesting idea, like proposals that I get through dating sites. They keep going and show me all the nutritional and calorie information in the meals. What a relief. The app has a lot of variability in the types of diets that it can accommodate. So, if eating well and living without excessive explanations is your style then give MealMap a try.
