Never got to try it.

I don't doubt this is a great app. But i would like to try it for a week and see what I need to get from the store without paying out first. Im broke and don't have the money to spend on an app im not sure im going to use. Eating healthy is expensive enough without paying for an app as is.

I’ve been on almost every diet and lose and then get lazy and gain some back. I’m finding this super easy. Just scanning your food and keeping track of what you put in your mouth. Probably the basis of every diet but it’s working for me now. I’ll review again at a month and hopefully it’s still working (and by it I mean me).?

Very in depth in its simplicity

I have been in the Mediterranean way of eating after I studied Elena Paravantes.
Authentic is simple, fresh, and nutritious. This app fills that purpose; I do omit the animal protein but for 2x a week. The majority of the daily suggested meals have chicken or fish for lunch and dinner but there are many dishes I can choose from to substitute …I cannot do so for a particular meal as the app subs the wrong meal.
