Fix onboarding bug, simplified match profiles, and improved age verification

- Added 18+ age verification (Apple Declared Age Range with DOB fallback), with saved verification and improved age settings. - Onboarding now includes a preferences step, plus inline edits for matching preferences and age. - Match profiles are richer (match reasons, trait highlights, top score) and match requests/notifications are smoother. - Chat and sign‑in polish: better conversation list behavior, message input handling, support chat avatar, social link feedback, and overall stability improvements.

Profiles now load faster thanks to smarter caching and richer trait details. You can upload multiple profile photos, pick a primary, and manage your gallery more easily. Chats feel more alive with a new typing indicator, and we’ve improved reliability around relationships and social visibility settings behind the scenes.
