Good premise..needs work ?

Seems great and I think legit but clearly no one with a computer background made this app. For starters trying to make an account quicker by linking Facebook or Gmail doesn’t actually? Asks for verification with an email and or text that never came, went through it all over again but said the account already exists, so I guess it went through ? No second password confirm when making it so I’m glad I happen to remember off the bat. Even when putting what city you’re from you can just type literal gibberish. It’s a solid concept that’s just starting so I want to support it but…like did no one actually try this stuff out before publishing ?? I worry about revenue from my data I just agreed to

Hey there! We appreciate your feedback. While we can assure you that the app was developed by highly qualified tech engineers, we are only 3 months into Phase 1, it’s still a work in progress of sorts. We will be taking your comments very seriously and making some changes to the next update, including changes to location and verification/sign up. Lastly, as it states in our privacy policy, we are not currently in the business of selling user data, so you don’t have to worry about that. Feel free to shoot us an email at support@dateabilityapp.com to discuss further and follow us on social media so you can be notified as to when these updates are made available. We really want to create the dating app that the disabled community deserves, so we hope you stick with us as we perfect our product!

Great concept, but

I signed up for this app to check it out and see what it was all about. I filled out my profile and added some photos. When I got the the section where my matches are shown, I changed the filter options so I would see matches that fit my criteria of age range and how far away they live from where I live. Once I did that I couldn’t find anybody that lives in my area that is using this app even though I live in a big city and a big metropolitan area. This is a great concept. It would be great if there were users on this app in my area.

Hi there! We understand your frustration and are making marketing our top priority! We are only a year old, but have over 10K users and just this past week we heard of 3 different success stories! One suggestion would be to turn the location function off—a lot of our users are open to virtual/long distance due to safety and accessibility. However, if that’s not for you, help us spread the word! We’re confident Dateability is going to go viral in 2024 and when it does, we hope to see you on our platform!

Amazed to find guys with my chronic illness

My mind was blown to find guys with my chronic illness, and I was very excited to contact them however I can tell this app is new and small and it doesn’t look like there is any way to look back at the people you liked or see how old their profiles are. Who are these men, can I contact them directly? When were they last active? I was very much hoping to go on dates with people who have my diagnosis but it looks like there’s a good chance those profiles are inactive. Not sure how many women are on there but on the seeking men side it’s a pretty small number.
