Impressively bad
I thought the app would be better than the website. But no. On the website I am unable to download PDFs, generate a card, or submit a claim. I can do none of these things in mobile either.

Couldn’t get past the first step
The app asked for my zip code. When I clicked on that field, I was unable to enter any numbers. As it is now, the app is worthless.
