Daypool is the simplest way to coordinate the days off or holidays of your friends, your family or your colleagues. How many times have you tried to plan a trip or a get-together and watched it dissolve into an endless back-and-forth of messages? Daypool settles it in three steps. 1. Create a group. Give it a name, pick an emoji and set the date range you care about. Under 30 seconds. 2. Invite your people. Share a link or your personal code. Each person opens it, gets in within seconds and joins the group. 3. Mark your availability. Every member says, day by day, whether they are free, unsure or busy. Daypool works out the dates you have in common right away and ranks them by how many of you match. It works just as well for a weekend with three friends as for a family reunion of twenty. WHAT YOU GET • Group availability with three states: free, maybe and busy. • A visual heat map, so the best dates jump out without any interpreting. • Ranked matching windows, so you know at a glance which days work for everyone, or for most of you. • Polls inside each group, to settle the details: destination, accommodation, the plan itself. • Notifications when someone marks their days or a new match appears. • Invite by link or by personal code with a QR. • Five languages: Spanish, English, Italian, French and German. • Built for the phone, and for using one-handed. YOUR PRIVACY We store only what the coordination needs: your availability, your groups and your basic profile. We do not sell your data or hand it to third parties for advertising. You can delete your account and all of your data whenever you like, from inside the app. Stop chasing people through the chat.
