Caution to early adopters.

This app has been solid until I upgraded to the IPhone 15 pro max. I have moved coins and tokens into and out of the wallet without any issue prior to my change in hardware/software. Now the app crashes every time I provide my passcode to get into it. I’m not sure what’s going on but I have emailed support to assist. I have some XRP, XLM and XDC sitting in there for trading purposes. It’s a well know and well reviewed app on many platforms. I hope I am not going to lose my assets.I’ll keep my review updated with any responses I get.

I recently got a crypto like so many people friend of mine said get a hard wallet. I have a hard time with memory and my number and what not and I found this one with the thumbprint and I thought what a God sent. It is the most annoying phone or excuse me apparatus ever it is not only do you have to have a digit to get in but then you have to have a facial recognition and then you have to enter 25 words which I get they don’t want them to be broken into easily, but to type the three little tiny letters, and if you make one up with an incorrect letter, you have to start all over from the beginning and top of it. Maybe it’s me but I can’t get it to download join Wi-Fi or mobile hotspot Bluetooth I just normally don’t do this and I’m sure it’s my fault because I’m not a tacky guy, but the thumbprint was supposed to be for me to not have to remember all these numbers, and I am just frustrated

Good wallet

Purchased due to needing additional wallet for assets not supported by my other wallet. Looking forward to getting the rest of my crypto offline. Overall the wallet is cool. I like the security features. Not so easy to setup as the print is so small and my eyes are not so great. Also the ‘ok’ button was quite sensitive making the seed phrase verification process difficult. I had issues when updating the firmware but tech support was awesome and assisted quickly and communicated clearly. Overall would purchase again.

Useless device, poor customer service

After opening & setting up the device, it got to a point of telling me to create an account on line. I got on line & it took 10 minutes of attempts for the page to load. Once it did, it wouldn't connect to the device & told me to do it through the app. I loaded the app but it wouldn't send the signal for my phone to connect to the device. The device just repeatedly timed out. I emailed tech support stating this, they just respond with a generic email saying that the website doesn't work well & to use the app, the same app that won't allow the device to connect to my phone lol. Stick to a ledger nano.
