DEC Connect provides Delaware Electric Cooperative customers account management at their fingertips. Customers can view their usage and billing, manage payments, notify customer service of account and service issues and receive special messaging from DEC. Additional Features: Bill & Pay - Quickly view your current account balance and due date, manage recurring payments and modify payment methods. You can also view bill history including PDF versions of paper bills directly on your mobile device. My Usage - View energy usage graphs to identify high usage trends. Navigate graphs quickly using an intuitive gesture based interface. Contact Us - Easily contact DEC by email or phone. You can also submit one of the many predefined messages, with the ability to include pictures and GPS coordinates. Maps - Displays facility and payment dropbox locations on a map interface.

App doesn’t always function

Troublesome app functionality
I love that I can view and pay my bill using the app. I also loved it. It’s a secure way to log into my account without having to be at an actual computer. However, I’ve noticed over the last three or four days that every time I tap to open the app, it does not function and disappears There’s no one to contact for assistance.

Amazing app

This app is fantastic! I can pay my bill, I can see outages, I can get messages about peak usage. It is a really well put together app. And I can even message the electric company right through the app and report an outage. And on the app you can see the little trucks on their way working on any problems. It’s really a terrific product!

Unhappy- User
The latest update 25.3.0 made to meet coding standards has broken the app. When I login using my iPhone I used to have the ability to check daily usage. The current app acts like it’s opening then crashes and disappears. I hope you fix it soon. I like checking daily usage to conserve energy. Thanks.

No longer working

The app no longer works. It has been great for a couple of years. Recently I have become unable to login through the app. I have tried deleting the app and it’s data to no avail. It’s a shame because the app was easy to use and I liked paying my bill through the app.

Made changes to keep code base current with the latest software, to maintain good coding standards, to eliminate potential bugs, and to prepare for future projects.
