takeoff, and job pricing, so you can go from dimensions to estimate without rebuilding the
job three different ways.
SIZE THE FRAMING Check joist spans, cantilevers, beam spans, footing size, and post
height against published span tables. Conditions outside the supported tables are
flagged rather than guessed.
COUNT THE MATERIALS Get an itemized material takeoff with optimized board counts
and row-by-row stock-length planning for the decking.
PRICE THE JOB Build your estimate from the same takeoff: materials, labor by phase,
fees, overhead, and profit.
ENGLISH + ESPAÑOL Switch the estimator between English and Spanish.
FREE TO START Run the structural checks and generate a material takeoff and estimate
without creating an account. Works offline once it has loaded, so you can estimate on the
job site without a signal. Generating documents requires a connection.
DECKFOUNDRY PRO (optional subscription) Built for contractors managing the whole
job. Pro adds proposals and contracts, saved projects, site logs, punch lists, and budget
tracking.
