Cardpile now opens on Today, with Library and Create beside it, and studying is free without a card limit. • Anki import with pictures and progress: Older and current Anki packages arrive with images, audio, cloze cards and tags, and you choose whether to keep your progress. • Spreadsheets and pasted lists: Import CSV, TSV or two columns you paste, with a preview of the real cards before anything is saved. • One backup file for everything: Back up every deck, card, image and recording, and restore it on your iPhone or iPad. • A picture for every deck: Each deck gets an illustration that follows its name, or one you pick in the deck's settings. • Undo, short sessions and read aloud: Undo the last grade, study ten cards or a few minutes, and hear a card read in its language. • Free to study, Pro once: Study, import, export and back up for free. Choose when to study ahead, with a clear resting point when nothing is due. Start your first deck directly from Study. Rename decks, filter due cards and export card text as CSV. Review intervals use the correct units at rounding boundaries. Legacy Anki import messages explain that scheduling starts again.

Cardpile can now remind you when cards are due. Turn it on in Settings, pick a time, and you get one notification a day on this device. Nothing is sent anywhere, and there is no reminder on a day with nothing to review. Cards you generate from your notes now hide the answer instead of the longest word. A line like "The capital of Spain is Madrid" becomes a card that asks you for Madrid. The study card is larger on bigger screens, so a question and its answer have room to breathe instead of sitting in a thin band. On iPad, the selected deck in the sidebar is properly legible: its name, card count and progress bar no longer wash out against the highlight.
